The Circle of Care - Caregiver's Program
The Circle of Care Caregiver's Program provides support, education and understanding to caregivers committed to providing quality care to family and friends coping with chronic, serious or terminal illness. The Circle of Care Program serves those caring for family members or friends who are chronically ill or nearing death. Hospice & Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley recognizes that good care giving begins when a caregiver first takes care of him/herself. Care giving is demanding, requires lots of energy, the ability to listen well, and the strength to help a loved one find peace each day.
